The Challenge
Algerian interbank clearing systems enforce a strict 62-character fixed-width line specification. Manual spreadsheet exports frequently failed validation due to padding, encoding, or checksum mismatches.

Our Approach
Marrok built a deterministic validation and export engine in Java 21 with an embedded MariaDB4j store and custom JasperReports templates configured with Identity-H Arabic font encoding.

The Solution
The application validates beneficiary RIB accounts in real time, exports compliant 62-character interbank text files, and prints official Arabic PDF transfer orders (Ordres de Virement).
